About the role
- Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Carpinteria, CA!
- This role exercises independent judgment in organizing, prioritizing, and managing work for an assigned portion of the book of business, and provides day‑to‑day direction to Technical Assistants.
- The role also contributes to strategic initiatives by preparing midyear coverage reviews and creating proactive communications that enhance the client experience and strengthen account retention.
Requirements
- The Commercial Account Manager supports the Producer by applying advanced technical insurance expertise and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Review the Suspense list and identify required actions for the TA.
- Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years' experience in similar position (preferred)
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
Compensation
- $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
- The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
