About the role
- You'll combine relationship-driven audience development, strategic marketing, CRM operations, and event registration execution to assemble one of the world's most influential communities of founders, executives, investors, innovators, and cultural leaders.
Responsibilities
- Audience Development & Community Building
- Own attendee communications across the full event lifecycle, from registration confirmation through post-event follow-up, developing communication strategies that create a premium attendee experience
- Coordinate communications across speakers, partners and operations. Gather attendee feedback through post-event surveys and translate insights into improvements for future experiences
- Strong relationship-building instincts and proven ability to drive event registration and attendance through a blend of high-touch outreach, strategic partnerships, and data-informed marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing deadlines and shifting priorities
Requirements
- Expertise with HubSpot, CRM strategy, segmentation, workflow automation, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Strong editorial and copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, audience-appropriate messaging across channels, from executive-facing invitations to broad promotional campaigns
- you are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding others accountable to timelines
- Familiarity with event technology platforms and comfort managing data flows between CRM and event registration systems
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a lean, distributed team

- 6+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, growth marketing, or community building, with a demonstrated track record of building and growing communities for high-profile in-person events
