About the role
- Primary Responsibilities other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Process Complaints/inquiries in a timely fashion in accordance to set procedures.
- Research potential OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets) hits from Bridger XG software and assign alerts to the appropriate operations areas in accordance to set procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitors regulatory developments of assigned states and documents for weekly distribution.
- Produce documents for dispute resolution and litigation support on a timely basis.
- Create electronic records of filings, reports, complaints, and audits on behalf of multiple clients in the appropriate directories for record retention purposes.
- Create word documents, draft letters, and memos.

Requirements
- Respond to regulatory exam requests and market conduct exams as required.
- Bachelor's degree or FLMI designation
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Prepare and submit regulatory reporting requirements via SERFF and paper as required by line of business.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual and dependable
