As a Parts Clerk at Via, you will be the backbone of our maintenance operation - making sure every technician has the right part at the right time to keep our fleet on the road and our riders moving.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all parts, supplies, and materials used across the maintenance department.
Support the operations and maintenance teams with additional responsibilities as they arise.

Proficient with computer systems, including Windows-based programs
experience with inventory or fleet management software is a plus.
Able to safely operate a forklift and maintenance equipment (training provided).
Eligible to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements (preferred).
High School diploma or GED required
coursework or a degree in mechanics, business, or management is a plus.
Able to lift, carry, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75-100 lbs occasionally.
Successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check is mandatory for employment.

Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
Salary starting at $18.30 / hour
