Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts
- Build and maintain decentralized systems using platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger Besu
- Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and transaction efficiency
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or related field.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python
- Experience with frameworks/tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, and Foundry
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and agile development
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Relevant blockchain certifications or published projects
- Improve transaction efficiency and platform reliability

Compensation
- The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $121,564 USD Annual to $225,762 Annual USD.

- Education
