About the role
- The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, data-driven operator, and culture-savvy marketer.
- The Manager, Integrated Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
- This role is based in NYC, and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.
Responsibilities
- Own content planning, editorial calendar, and publishing across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and brand voice consistency
- Build and scale an influencer strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators aligned to brand values and target audience
- Lead campaign execution from briefing to reporting
- Track and optimize influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV)
- Use data to optimize campaigns, content, and channel strategy
- Partner with brand, product marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Support product launches, campaigns, and key business initiatives through social and influencer activations
- Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing social channels and executing successful influencer campaigns
- Experience with social analytics and influencer tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ)
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native content, with demonstrated expertise in video production required.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms and emerging trends
- Strong network of creators or experience building influencer programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
