About the role

  • The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, data-driven operator, and culture-savvy marketer.
  • The Manager, Integrated Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
  • This role is based in NYC, and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.

Responsibilities

  • Own content planning, editorial calendar, and publishing across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and brand voice consistency
  • Build and scale an influencer strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators aligned to brand values and target audience
  • Lead campaign execution from briefing to reporting
  • Track and optimize influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV)
  • Use data to optimize campaigns, content, and channel strategy
  • Partner with brand, product marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and key business initiatives through social and influencer activations
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of growing social channels and executing successful influencer campaigns
  • Experience with social analytics and influencer tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ)
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native content, with demonstrated expertise in video production required.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and emerging trends
  • Strong network of creators or experience building influencer programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
