Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key university partners, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Drive campus recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging top student talent while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to support campus presentations, facilitate interviews, and assist with candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
