About the role
- DCWs play a vital role in assisting participants with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of participants at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to participants in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
