About the role

CTEC is a leading technology firm that provides modernization, digital transformation, and application development services to the U.S. Federal Government.
The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN).
Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 per year The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.

Lead and support program management and governance activities.
Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and reporting.
Provide consulting support to stakeholders and project teams.
Deliver superior customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
The work we do effects millions of U.S. citizens daily as they interact with the systems we build.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, program support, change management, or governance consulting within Federal or State agencies.
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) required.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and add value to client interactions.
Demonstrated experience in project planning and implementing leadership initiatives.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining a practical approach to execution.
