Identify and assess major growth and efficiency projects by build ing business cases and calculating financ i al impacts.
Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders, ensuring commitments are delivered and obstacles are proactively addressed.
Own and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery commitments, driving resolution and escalation as needed.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, synthesize complex information, and produce clear, executive-ready materials.
E xperience driving project s or transformation initiatives in dynamic and growing environment s.
A bility to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
Strong capacity to bring clarity to ambiguity-structuring problems, prioritizing effectively, and advancing initiatives with autonomy and sound judgment.
I nterest or experience in automation, AI, and evolving operating models to drive efficiency and impact.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, organization, and execution skills.

Manage cross-functional transformation projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
