Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap: between initial concept and full production by providing design teams with critical insights on manufacturability, assembly, testing, and tooling.
  • Lead the in-house development: of innovative and complex prototype manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, sealing, torque tools, testing and trouble shooting, automation equipment, control systems, and quality control strategy,.

Skills

  • Diagnose and resolve: complex multi-disciplinary issues across mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems.
  • Master's degree/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and engineering fundamentals in manufacturing
  • Experience with 3D and 2D CAD, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
