About the role

You'll be expected to go beyond the analysis - understanding the operational realities of executing recommendations and thinking critically through trade-offs.
Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.

Own analyses end-to-end with limited guidance - from data aggregation and cleaning through to insight, recommendation, and communication.
Drive pricing and packaging analyses that support EverPro's strategic growth priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, data analytics, finance, and product teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and drive alignment.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: strategy, growth, consulting, product marketing, financial analysis, business and/or revenue operations.
Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion metrics)
Advanced Excel proficiency required. ability to thoughtfully parse data, not simply take it at face value
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Direct experience with software/subscription pricing and packaging models
Basic AI literacy - you know how to write a good prompt and incorporate AI tools into your day-to-day work
Comfortable with ambiguity: you can make progress and bring structure to a problem even when the path isn't fully defined.
Strong communicator: you can distill complex analyses into a clear "so what" and make your recommendations easy to act on.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations.

We are looking for a Growth & Markets Analyst to focus on our EverPro products, reporting to the Director of Pricing and Monetization.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role driving strategic analysis and data-driven insights to support EverPro's critical priorities and growth opportunities (including but not limited to pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions).
This role is a true strategic partner to business leadership, delivering insights and recommendations that support real-world actions and decisions.
With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
