Own and support quarterly commission calculations across multiple regions in partnership with the offshore Manila team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan rules.
Analyze and validate complex sales and invoice data from systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Payroll, and global teams to ensure data alignment and timely payments.
Support new hires, leavers, and transfers, ensuring accurate commission eligibility and smooth onboarding/offboarding.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
1-4 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or other professional experience
Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of business leaders
Prepare and deliver commission statements and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.

Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
