Responsibilities
- Perform quality control on transaction files including updating the cross-referencing of codes used by clients and those in RGA's reinsurance administrative system.
- Collaborate with all Administration service areas to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors on audit assignments.
- You will collaborate with other areas of the Administration service on a range of mandates including internal controls and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or relevant professional experience.
- Experience in reinsurance administration is an asset.
- Professional working proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required to analyze transactional data in English and serve English-speaking clients.
- Broad knowledge of micro-computing (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of either SQL, VBA, Power BI or Power Automate is an asset.
- Ability to problem solve and challenge the status quo
- Baccalauréat en administration ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Expérience en administration de la réassurance, un atout.
- Connaissances approfondies de la micro-informatique (Excel, Word et Outlook).
- Connaissances de SQL, VBA, Power BI ou Power Automate, un atout.

- Capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

Compensation
- $53,650.00 - $67,050.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
- In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
