About the role
- UPPC is seeking a dynamic, creative, and faith-filled leader to serve as our Coordinator of Middle School Ministry.
- This role is dedicated to walking alongside students in grades 5-7, creating environments where they can authentically experience God, deepen their faith, and grow as disciples.
- You will learn to recruit and train leaders, leading by example.
Responsibilities
- You will teach grades 5-7 the ways of Jesus through scripture and discipleship, while showing the relevance of the Gospel in their own faith journeys and culture.
- Partner with Families & Schools: Build meaningful relationships between the church, home, and local schools. By showing up in the community and events, you will become a familiar and trusted leader.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate pairs a vibrant passion for youth ministry with structural excellence and a natural ability to mentor and uplift volunteer leaders.
- The ability to bring organizational structure, clear planning, and creative problem-solving to a fast-paced ministry environment.

- Associates degree
- or equivalent level of work experience.
