Responsibilities

  • Document comments for the financial file; obtain necessary signatures for consents
  • Respond to patient questions; provide directions to areas such as clinics, units, support departments, parking, and eating facilities
  • Assist patients in completing documents such as insurance forms and other paperwork
  • Participate in developing, testing, and implementing new organizational systems for the unit or department

Requirements

Compensation

  • Evening Shift Differential: $1.75 per hourNight Shift Differential: $2.50 per hourWeekend Differential: $2.00 per hour
