About the role
- As Program Director, under the direction of the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership, management, and accountability for the OASAS-funded FORGE program.
Responsibilities
- FORGE (Fostering Opportunities, Resilience, Growth and Employment) is a technical assistance program intended to support Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors in delivering job opportunities and support for people recovering from substance use disorder.
- FORGE provides job coaching, training to Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, and develops relationships with employers to generate viable, recovery-friendly employment opportunities for participants.
