About the role

  • Summary In this role, you will obtain status for purchase orders electronically transmitted from providers to suppliers that do not have the ability to transmit via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Your top priority will be to provide accurate and timely confirmation for non-EDI orders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain quality relationships with members and suppliers to ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years relevant experience required.
  • Possess both effective verbal and writing skills required.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong ability to work in an open team environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • physically and mentally.

  • At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $39,100.00 to $66,500.00.
