Responsibilities
- Lead the development and expansion of RPI's Workday consulting practice, with an initial focus on post-production support offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the Workday transformation and support lifecycle.
- Lead client-facing consulting engagements while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to scope engagements, develop proposals, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
- Build long-term client partnerships through proactive account management, strategic planning, and consultative problem-solving.
- Maintain close engagement with client leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and develop consulting leaders and team members to support career growth
- Collaborate with leadership and solution teams to identify market opportunities and evolving customer needs.
- Proven experience building, growing, or leading Workday consulting or managed services practices
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, developing consulting services, and expanding strategic client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, professional services, or enterprise application leadership, with significant experience in the Workday ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Workday support models, post-production services, and enterprise transformation programs

- Pay commensurate with experience.
