About the role
- This role is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional who is organized, client-centered, and experienced in care coordination, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Support and Care Coordination
- Documentation and Quality Support
- Serve as Treatment Team Lead for assigned clients. ● Provide coaching, feedback, and support to treatment team members. ● Help resolve barriers related to access, communication, documentation, or service delivery.
- Lead care, support progress, and help clients stay connected to treatment.
- The Treatment Coordinator will manage an assigned caseload, provide weekly clinical support, coordinate referrals, monitor client progress, and help ensure services align with client needs and program standards.

Compensation
- $25.00-$45.00 per hour or $50,000-$167,560 per year fee-for-service, depending on work setup and engagement type; based on credentials and experience
