About the role
- Perform workflow development and design activities to support the client's applications and ensuring the highest software standards.

Responsibilities
- To design and develop applications based on Pega 5.5 and Pega 6.3.
- Manage the day-to-day activities working with a small team of software developers
- Provide design ideas to the leadership of the project team
- Assist management in the development of design policies and procedures which improve the ability to meet requirements
- Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions
- Maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements
- Perform workflow development and design activities to support the client's applications and ensuring the highest software standards.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- Design, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the system
- Represent the team as required
