About the role

Automotive Service BDC Agent 🕐 Full-Time | Immediate Hire Fox Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team!
Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work.

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention.

Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Must have strong computer skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
