About the role
- Bloom Engineering, a Wabtec Company improves the environmental sustainability of industrial heating applications, particularly focused on the aluminum and steel industries.
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, tracking, documenting, and communicating project progress while helping to identify and resolve potential risks or delays.
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate document control for engineering drawings and revisions.
- Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle from design through manufacturing and delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Manage and coordinate small scale projects when required.
Nice to have
- Associate's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or engineered-to-order environment strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software preferred.
Compensation
- $28k-$31k
