Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and validate schedule updates from project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of schedule reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
  • Perform basic critical path and schedule variance analyses.
  • Support project controls and scheduling processes in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support schedule reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Perform other project controls and scheduling duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Internship or project experience supporting construction, infrastructure, data center, utility, or EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with schedule reporting, progress tracking, and project controls fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM) concepts is a plus.
