Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.
  • Assistant Talent Acquisition with scheduling support.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Maintain candidate records through Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

Skills

  • This position will be a four-month contract, working four days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Compensation

  • LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
  • While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $30.00-$40.00/hour.
