Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex production data to identify systemic issues with high impact, and develop innovative, actionable implementation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to develop and execute strategies, plans, and metrics that align with and achieve business objectives.
- Lead or Facilitate work teams, provide necessary training, and lead problem resolution and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, milestones, and status reports to stakeholders.
- Use strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience applying strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- 1+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Create queries to pull and analyze data (e.g. experience with ODBC, SQL, Excel macros).
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim pre-start and final post-start clearance is required.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at multiple organizational levels.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- This position is for A-Shift.
- Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation
- $111,350 - $150,650
- Summary pay range Senior: $111,350 - $150,650
