About the role

  • The Pursuit Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Healthtech's business development efforts by managing the end-to-end proposal and pursuit process.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and management of the process for bids and proposals, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholder teams through the bid life cycle to deliver a compelling offer to our clients to help win business.
  • Analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and submission checklists.
  • Helping to manage Procurement Frameworks/ Vendor of Records
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation and to engage and facilitate across multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Facilitating proposal kickoffs, status meetings, review cycles, and submission readiness activities.
  • Leading the proposal process and coordinating contributions from business development, consultants, recruiters, subcontractors, and subject matter experts to ensure submission requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Review procurement portals, bid sites, and client procurement frameworks for relevant opportunities.
  • Overseeing the development of proposal materials to ensure consistency and adherence to proposal and presentation requirements.
  • Working with key members of the team and the client organisation to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
  • Writing high-quality bids and proposals through obtaining and editing content from internal subject matter experts
  • Thorough understanding our business and reviewing bid sites for appropriate RFPs
  • Responding to clients' and other stakeholders' queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant discipline
  • Experience responding to public-sector procurement opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and standing offer arrangements.
  • Experience with Provincial and Federal procurement process within Canada with healthcare experience being a plus.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and technical writing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent proposals and delivering high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders without formal reporting authority.
  • Strong self-motivation and be able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM system (Salesforce), SharePoint, content management tools, and proposal repositories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
