About the role
- The Manager - Scheduling, Crude Oil Marketing will provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to a team of Schedulers.
- This includes but is not limited to providing technical training, appropriate oversight, mentoring, and employee onboarding, development, and corrective actions if necessary.
- Nominating / scheduling/ allocating crude oil on various assets
Responsibilities
- This role should develop and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with ONEOK's Core Values and the broader Crude Oil Commercial team's strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- The ability to analyze, research, read, interpret, and/or communicate applicable business information, which includes but is not limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong knowledge of crude oil gathering, transportation, storage, and marketing operations
- Experience with crude scheduling systems, logistics, and measurement
- Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas, and statistical methods
Nice to have
- Three to five years of applicable prior experience preferred
