Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Requirements
- Have or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-7 years of experience in SAP Basis or Systems Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.

Nice to have
- SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA or S/4HANA.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
