Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.

Requirements

  • Have or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7 years of experience in SAP Basis or Systems Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.

Nice to have

  • SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA or S/4HANA.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
