Responsibilities

  • Supports project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding
  • 3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle
  • 3 years of experience as coder in Hospital setting
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experience
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • in a private, public, government or military environment

Nice to have

  • RHIA/RHIT Credentials, CCS Certification
  • Skills include Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
