Requirements
- Serve as a brand expert with deep knowledge of product features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Strong fashion sensibility with the ability to provide thoughtful styling and wardrobe guidance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for up to 8-10 hours
- ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or a client-focused selling environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of elevated customer service standards and relationship-driven sales.
- Previous POS and cash handling experience.
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and retail technology systems
