About the role

  • Every member of our Madrigal team is connected by our shared purpose: leading the fight against MASH.
  • Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3).
  • An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c).

Responsibilities

  • Madrigal's medication, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once-daily, oral, liver-directed THR-β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH.
  • The Director, Marketing Operations will be a critical member of the US Marketing and Commercial organizations who will help build the future of Madrigal.
  • This individual will ultimately be responsible for leading and managing workstreams focused on operational systems, platforms and processes to support Promotional Material Review (PRC), print operations, digital infrastructure, field communications, process improvement, budget, and more.
  • Involvement with other critical operational workstreams may include (but not limited to) print vendor and fulfillment, congress/conference management, budget management and field collaboration support
  • Partner with IT, CSO and Procurement to manage the implementation of existing and new systems, platforms, and processes to support cross-functional teams and drive innovative marketing capabilities while proactively identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness as the business evolves
  • Responsible for helping elevate, oversee, and continuously improve the marketing operations function; identify workflow bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Manage multiple vendor and agency partners to drive critical workstreams forward, ensure appropriate resource allocation and timely delivery within financial constraints

Requirements

  • Ensure QC reflects prior reviewer comments and required updates
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Candidate must have 12-15+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing and/or operations experience
  • Must have direct experience with promotional review committee operations and Veeva PromoMats
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing execution, including Sales Force Marketing Cloud, media placements and asset taxonomy is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in project management

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Veeva PromoMats, Veeva CRM, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft Office/365
  • Limited travel- up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed)
  • Required to be in office 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA)
