About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Video Production and Creative teams to align on project briefs and key objectives.
  • Build and manage detailed production calendars to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all production related activities and communications including contracts, deal memos, budgets, calendars, clearances, releases, timecards, Schedule Fs, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders and drive on-time project delivery.
  • Builder by nature with willingness to dig in and build systems and help drive change.
  • Passionate people-lover excited by the opportunity to build strong relationships with teammates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in video production management.
  • Strong understanding of production methodology and technology as well as typical on-set and post-production practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excited to be part of a fast-moving team with the ability to be a leader and a follower where required.

Nice to have

  • CPG or food industry experience a plus (but not required).
  • Experience in project management tools a plus (we currently use Wrike and StudioBinder).

Compensation

  • The expected starting salary range for this role is $13 5,000- $15 5,000 per year.
