Responsibilities
- Collaborates with administrative and operational leadership to identify and quantify opportunities for improvements in financial performance, as well as identify gaps between business goals and objectives.
- Provides analytical insights in partnership with business teams to optimize revenue via rate advocacy discussions across all markets, maturing how the company engages lobbying team across national footprint.
- Drives cost management initiatives and identifies opportunities for savings, pros and cons of tactics, and track execution of performance relative to recent monthly performance.
- Leads alignment and consensus about financial decisions across markets and segments.
- Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
- Drives analytics to support all aspects of government programs P&L management and serves as the analytical engine of the organization to deliver financial insights and support strategic projects.
Requirements
- Position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field and two years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- and the ability to resolve complex problems using independent judgment.

- Previous management consulting experience is preferred.
