About the role

  • You'll combine strategic consulting, campaign execution, and relationship management to help customers achieve their marketing goals.
  • Internally, you'll guide Coordinators and Co-Ops on execution, mentor junior team members, and act as the voice of the customer to influence Later's product and service roadmap.
  • This is a high-impact role at the center of our customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports, delivering insights that shape future strategy.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables with precision, providing transparent updates and proactive issue resolution.
  • Project manage campaigns by delegating executional tasks to Coordinators/Co-Ops, while serving as a mentor and coach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, providing proactive solutions to drive stronger results.

Requirements

  • Proven success acting as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations that map to client business goals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
  • Expertise with influencer or marketing platforms
  • ability to become an expert in the Later Influence™ platform.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • High integrity, empathy, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media

Compensation

  • $90,000-105,000 OTE
