About the role
- You will guide engineers across backend and frontend stacks, make architectural decisions, and ensure our systems scale to the demands of real-time operations.
- This role is hands-on with a strong emphasis on leadership, mentoring, and roadmap execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Product and Design to deliver complex LiveOps workflows.

Requirements

Nice to have
- NodeJS experience (highly desirable for internal service integrations).
- Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms.
- Experience with real-time or data-heavy dashboards.
Skills
- 5+ years experience in software engineering, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong backend experience and solid understanding of frontend architecture.
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills.
