Responsibilities
- Our tool is designed to assess role-related qualifications in a consistent way and is always used together with human review and decision-making.
- As a Growth Operations & SEO Specialist, you will be a key member of the Partnerships team, working across SEO, user acquisition, AI automation, and partner operations.
- Your mission is to help the team scale by improving organic growth, automating manual processes, and building tools that allow us to move faster and make better decisions.
- What You'll Own and Drive
- Build AI-powered workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Hex, SQL, Python, APIs, and other emerging technologies to help the team scale
- Support user acquisition by analyzing large datasets and performance trends to identify growth opportunities, surface operational inefficiencies, and make data-driven recommendations
- Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing SEO and automation best practices and contributing to knowledge transfer across the Partnerships team
Requirements
- You have 6+ years of experience in technical SEO, growth, digital marketing, analytics, operations, or a similar role
- You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating projects across multiple teams without formal authority
- Experience with user acquisition, online marketplaces, job boards, or partner ecosystems is considered a strong asset
