- This is the right role for someone who combines structured project management discipline with strong interpersonal skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins
- Manage full project lifecycle - from charter and work breakdown structure through execution and close-out - using Jira and Smartsheet.
- Develop and maintain resource and risk plans
- flag scope changes and drive resolution with both client and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts
- anticipate needs, surface issues early, and maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Support senior Beghou staff in client workshops, strategy sessions, and business reviews by owning the operational and logistical aspects of client interactions.
- Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins; prepare clear, executive-ready project updates and issue escalation briefs.
- Develop and maintain resource and risk plans; flag scope changes and drive resolution with both client and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts; anticipate needs, surface issues early, and maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing external client relationships as a primary point of contact, including running status meetings, managing deliverable timelines, and navigating competing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Jir a, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools.
- solid working knowledge of SDLC and data/analytics pipelines.
- Experience implementing governance around AI/ML products or data ‑ privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
