About the role

  • You'll adapt to changing priorities by setting up meeting and event spaces, responding quickly to unexpected health center needs, supporting multiple locations, and providing occasional after-hours or on-call emergency assistance to keep operations moving.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Manager to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on maintenance projects, renovations, and equipment installations.

  • Whether you already have some basic handy skills or are looking to build a strong foundation in facilities management, this position is designed to help you develop professionally while making a real impact.
  • Work alongside the Facilities & Security Manager to maintain safe, clean, and fully operational spaces.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Comfort with Technology: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and a willingness to learn facility management software, security systems, and other internal tools.
