About the role
- This is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes.
- Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location.
- Coverage includes: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies.
Compensation
- $3,000/month base salary 5%-10% commission on net sales, even during training
