Manage distribution of work for their designated team, facilitate cross training opportunities, and provide reporting to management on production, turnaround times and other key data points.
May also monitor individual team member performance to support their career progression and ensure optimal client support for all client inquiries or requests.
May indirectly lead, mentor, and develop other junior members of the team.

5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
Entry level to intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.

Preferred Banking Assistant Manager
Be a subject matter expert for the Preferred Banker team by responding to complex client requests and assisting team members to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction.
Assist the preferred banking team in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to promote Bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs.
Be an expert banker with regard to treasury management, deposit operations activities, and complex technical skill relative to client requests.
High school diploma required
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Previous leadership experience preferred.

Salary range for new hires is generally $84,045.00 - $103,818.00 for Carlsbad, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
