About the role

Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is in search of a Certified HERS Rater to join our team in Rochester, NY.
Conduct HERS ratings and energy assessments for multifamily residential buildings.
Prepare comprehensive reports with energy efficiency recommendations.

Collaborate with architects, builders, and developers to optimize energy performance.
Perform diagnostic tests including blower door and duct leakage tests.
Knowledge of green building principles and sustainable construction practices.
