$2,737 more — $161,637 — moves this role to Level III and 3 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.

Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $161,637 would place this position at wage Level III. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Software Developers" for prevailing-wage purposes.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card follow-through: 62%

Of 13 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 5 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 480 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

About the role

  • You will grow the team's engineering maturity while delivering production-grade agents on the AICOE Agentic Platform, applying the right level of rigor to each agent based on who uses it and the risk it carries.

Responsibilities

  • Raise engineering maturity through regular code reviews, design reviews, pairing, and structured individual growth plans.

  • Identify and grow future technical leads from within the team.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the team.
  • Manage a portfolio of agents delivered in parallel, including intake, prioritization, estimation, sprint planning, and status reporting.

  • Working knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Proficiency with Google Cloud AI services (Vertex AI, Gemini models, embeddings, Agent Engine) and experience running production workloads
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool/integration patterns for agents.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing AI solutions with associated safety, governance, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's preferred).
