At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Project Management to Facilities Management.

Lead and be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception through closeout, ensuring projects deliver scope, quality, and safety standards on time and within budget.
Coordinate project-related activities, including design, execution, and closeout, working closely with project controls leads, project managers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and address potential issues proactively.
Manage customer interactions, project portfolio delivery aligned with critical metrics, and contractor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
Drive the implementation of standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across projects and regions.

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Manufacturing within regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on strategic oversight and team leadership.
Proven experience in leading multiple large-scale projects or portfolios, with the ability to prioritize and align efforts with organizational goals.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation, including development of business plans and financial forecasts.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional and cross-regional teams, fostering collaboration, and getting results.

Experience and Skills:
Required:
Manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases.
Preferred:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or Construction Management from an accredited institution required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing and engineering operations.
Familiarity with JNJ systems such as IDEA, FPX, and OneCSS
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint required
Familiar with Front-End Loading Best Practices.
Project Management Certification is preferred.
LEED AP certification is preferred.
Proficiency (oral & written) in English is required.
This position will require 10% domestic and international travel.
