- At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Project Management to Facilities Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception through closeout, ensuring projects deliver scope, quality, and safety standards on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project-related activities, including design, execution, and closeout, working closely with project controls leads, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and address potential issues proactively.
- Manage customer interactions, project portfolio delivery aligned with critical metrics, and contractor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive the implementation of standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across projects and regions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Manufacturing within regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on strategic oversight and team leadership.
- Proven experience in leading multiple large-scale projects or portfolios, with the ability to prioritize and align efforts with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation, including development of business plans and financial forecasts.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional and cross-regional teams, fostering collaboration, and getting results.

- Manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases.
- Preferred:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or Construction Management from an accredited institution required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing and engineering operations.
- Familiarity with JNJ systems such as IDEA, FPX, and OneCSS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint required
- Familiar with Front-End Loading Best Practices.
- Project Management Certification is preferred.
- LEED AP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency (oral & written) in English is required.
- This position will require 10% domestic and international travel.
