- The Program Director leads social service operations and clinical workflows to ensure full contract compliance, timely service delivery, and comprehensive program reporting.
- Responsible for end-to-end personnel management, including hiring, staff development, disciplinary actions, and crisis intervention support.
- Serves as the primary agency liaison to external stakeholders, county partners, and dependency courts to streamline service coordination and maximize referrals, all while maintaining rigorous quality assurance (CQI/TQM) and accreditation standards.

Requirements
- Master's degree in child counseling, psychology, social services, vocational counseling, or a related social science field required.
- Required: Valid California Driver's License.
- Education: Master's degree in child counseling, psychology, social services, vocational counseling, or a related social science field required.
Nice to have
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Ph.D. (MFCC) with two (2) years of post-licensure experience.
- Preferred: Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Ph.D. (MFCC) with two (2) years of post-licensure experience.
