About the role
- This is a client-facing role on Tribe's Agentic Tooling team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training and enablement sessions across the full agentic tool suite that change how teams work, not just what tools they have access to
- Identify where agentic tools create real leverage and communicate that clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Own client engagements end-to-end - from discovery through adoption - as the primary Tribe contact
- Practice building
- Build a repeatable discovery and enablement framework the team can use across clients
- Document what works, what doesn't, and why - turning field experience into institutional knowledge
- Contribute to the service offering definition alongside the team lead
