About the role
- This role will be a remote role in the Greater Toronto area.
- Candidates must demonstrate full professional fluency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken contexts.
- We tackle complex legal matters across 12 practice areas for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to SMBs, empowering our legal professionals to engage in meaningful work that advances their careers.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standards.
- Conduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materials.
- Perform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedings.
- Execute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents.
- Covering North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, we enable legal departments to drive efficiency and growth and meet the demands of today's business landscape with best in class alterative legal services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experience
- Ability to handle sensitive subject matters.
- Must be located in Ontario
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail (document-heavy review work).
- Legal review / claims processing background.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.

Compensation
- The estimated total compensation for these roles is $95,000.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
