Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
- 2-5 years' experience in CMBS Securitization in industry sectors, such as banking, rating agencies or accounting.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, due diligence process, commercial lending policies, securitization and credit and risk management policies
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
