- Air Products, a Fortune 500 leader in industrial gases, is seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our established Air Separation plant (ASU) in Orlando, Florida.
- In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting plant equipment while supporting equipment reliability, process efficiency, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Elevated work required.
- Providing hands on support or assisting in plant equipment mechanical repairs, instrument calibrations and electrical troubleshooting as required.
Nice to have
- Two years of operations experience in an industrial plant is preferred.
- Two-year associate degree in a technical field a plus but not required.
- Military experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude required.
- Must be willing to take 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work alone.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
