About the role
- Conduct detailed quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of work output.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administrative review process, including document triage, classification, and the technical execution of document management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an operator who takes initiative with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
- Experience collaborating with offshore resources or distributed teams, with the ability to clearly communicate priorities and task requirements without direct managerial authority
Skills
- High degree of comfort pulling and analyzing data using spreadsheets, with experience or appetite to leverage database query tools.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing high‑volume workflows with compressed timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare data (e.g., ICD‑10-CM medical diagnosis codes)
- Experience transforming operations through AI-enabled workflows
Compensation
- $58,000 - $83,000 / year
- The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
